Noise reduction is the act of reducing noise (but almost never removing it) to a lesser extent than it is currently. Used in cars to reduce noise engine, recording studios, music practice rooms and many more locations, sound proofing is an important part of our lives.
Noise reduction can come in many forms; acoustic panels, heavy curtains, baffles, soundwalls and barriers to name a few.
